A tailored counseling approach for your unique needs.
Treatment Approach
Our therapists use evidence-based approaches and tailor treatment to each client’s goals, challenges, and personal journey
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR is a trauma-focused therapy approach that helps the brain process and heal from distressing experiences that may continue to impact your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily life. Through guided techniques, EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity connected to difficult memories, build new perspectives, and support healing from past experiences.
EMDR may be helpful if you are experiencing: trauma, PTSD, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, distressing memories, grief, or feeling "stuck" in patterns connected to past experiences.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness focuses on developing greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences in the present moment. This approach can help you better understand your reactions, reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.
Mindfulness-based therapy may be helpful if you are experiencing: stress, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional reactivity, burnout, difficulty slowing down racing thoughts, or challenges staying present in daily life.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This approach helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, understand how they influence emotions and actions, and develop practical tools to create healthier coping strategies and lasting change.
CBT may be helpful if you are experiencing: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, stress, negative thinking patterns, or challenges with coping and emotional regulation.
Positive Psychology
Positive Psychology focuses on identifying and strengthening the qualities, strengths, and resources that help you thrive. This approach supports self-awareness, resilience, confidence, gratitude, and creating a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.
Positive Psychology may be helpful if you are looking to: build confidence, increase resilience, improve self-esteem, strengthen relationships, discover personal strengths, or create greater fulfillment and purpose in your life.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, evidence-based therapy approach that helps you understand and heal the different "parts" of yourself that influence your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Rather than viewing these parts as problems to fix, IFS helps you build curiosity and compassion toward them while strengthening your sense of self and inner balance.
Through this process, IFS can help you better understand protective patterns, heal wounded parts of yourself, and create lasting change from the inside out.
IFS may be helpful if you are experiencing: childhood trauma, anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, attachment wounds, emotional overwhelm, inner conflict, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling stuck in repetitive patterns that no longer serve you.
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
ERP is a specialized form of CBT commonly used to support individuals experiencing OCD and anxiety-related concerns. This approach helps clients gradually face fears or uncomfortable thoughts while learning new ways to respond without relying on avoidance or compulsive behaviors. Over time, ERP can help reduce anxiety and increase confidence in managing distress.
ERP may be helpful if you are experiencing: OCD, intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, excessive reassurance seeking, health anxiety, contamination fears, checking behaviors, or phobias and avoidance patterns.
Solution-Focused Therapy
Solution-Focused Therapy emphasizes your strengths, goals, and the changes you want to make moving forward. Rather than focusing only on problems, this approach helps identify what is working, explore possible solutions, and create practical steps toward meaningful progress.
Solution-Focused Therapy may be helpful if you are: navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, working toward a specific goal, looking for practical strategies, or wanting support focused on solutions and next steps rather than the past.
Family Therapy
Family therapy focuses on improving communication, understanding, and connection within family relationships. This approach helps family members explore patterns of interaction, navigate conflict, strengthen relationships, and better understand each other's experiences.
Family therapy may be helpful if your family is experiencing: communication challenges, conflict, parenting concerns, major life transitions, blended family dynamics, behavioral concerns, or changes that are impacting the family system.
ADHD Support
ADHD-focused therapy helps individuals better understand how ADHD impacts attention, emotions, organization, relationships, and daily functioning. This approach focuses on building practical strategies for managing challenges while recognizing and utilizing personal strengths.
ADHD-focused therapy may be helpful if you are experiencing: difficulties with focus, organization, procrastination, time management, emotional regulation, overwhelm, motivation, or executive functioning challenges.
