Supporting you through life’s transitions, burnout, and the moments when you feel stretched too thin.
Life can change in ways that leave you feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Whether you are adjusting to motherhood, stepping into a new season of adulthood, navigating changes in relationships, or trying to balance the many roles you carry, Courtney provides a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
Many of Courtney’s clients are people who spend their days caring for others. She especially enjoys working with teachers, helping professionals, and high-functioning individuals who are used to being dependable, responsible, and “the one who holds everything together.” While these strengths are valuable, they can also lead to burnout, emotional exhaustion, and feeling disconnected from your own needs.
Courtney helps clients explore the patterns, expectations, and experiences that contribute to feeling overwhelmed or stuck. She supports individuals who are navigating burnout, self-worth struggles, identity exploration, relationship changes, and major life transitions. Whether you are entering a new chapter, redefining who you are, or simply trying to find more balance in your everyday life, Courtney offers a compassionate space to help you better understand yourself and move forward with confidence.
In therapy, Courtney takes a warm, collaborative approach that combines evidence-based practices with mindfulness and body awareness. She believes therapy should feel approachable and practical, helping clients develop tools that fit into real life rather than adding another thing to manage. Together, clients can explore emotions, strengthen relationships, build healthier boundaries, and create a life that feels more aligned with who they are.
Courtney has a special interest in supporting individuals navigating parenthood, identity shifts, and the emotional challenges that come with major transitions. She understands that even positive changes can bring uncertainty, grief, pressure, and questions about who you are becoming. Her goal is to help clients feel supported through these moments while building greater self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.
Outside of the therapy room, Courtney enjoys discovering new coffee shops, spending time outdoors, and finding moments of balance through connection, creativity, and self-care. She believes that caring for yourself is not selfish, but an essential part of creating a meaningful and sustainable life.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by change, carrying too much responsibility, or searching for a deeper understanding of yourself, Courtney is here to walk alongside you as you navigate your next chapter.
