She incorporates evidence-based strategies while tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs, helping clients build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and create healthier patterns moving forward.

You don't have to keep carrying everything on your own.

Life can feel overwhelming when you're constantly managing anxiety, carrying the weight of past experiences, or feeling like you're just trying to make it through the day. Maybe you're hard on yourself, struggling with your confidence, feeling disconnected from your body, or wondering why certain patterns keep showing up in your life. Whatever has brought you here, you deserve a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin moving toward the life you want.

Ashley believes therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely cares about getting to know you. Her goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring what's been weighing on you, and building practical tools that help you feel more confident, connected, and emotionally grounded.

Ashley works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, Complex PTSD, childhood trauma, ADHD, body image concerns, emotional overwhelm, low self esteem, burnout, and life transitions. She understands that many of our current struggles are shaped by experiences we've had throughout our lives, and she enjoys helping clients make sense of those experiences while discovering healthier ways to cope, grow, and move forward.

Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. Rather than focusing only on managing symptoms, Ashley helps clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional regulation, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build a healthier relationship with themselves. She believes healing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about feeling more like yourself again.

Ashley incorporates evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness based interventions, and Sandtray Therapy. She tailors each session to meet clients where they are, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone.

Ashley believes learning never stops. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP I) and has completed advanced training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT). She is currently continuing her education through advanced trauma certification (CCTP II) and Registered Play Therapy training, allowing her to continue expanding the ways she supports clients healing from trauma, emotional challenges, and difficult life experiences.

Ashley is passionate about providing an inclusive and affirming space where clients feel respected, valued, and accepted for who they are. She proudly provides LGBTQIA+ affirming care and welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys painting, gardening, crafting, reading, and spending time with her family and her dog, Bella. She believes creativity, connection, and caring for ourselves in everyday ways are important parts of overall well being and healing.
